We are on the lookout for the next Social for Good team member to join our paid social team this Summer.


About the role

As part of our paid media team, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful social and search campaigns for our clients - from strategy development, campaign build and management, to client relations and reporting. You’ll be making a difference by helping charities and non-profits achieve more with their paid budgets

We work a 4-day week - so we’re looking for someone who’s highly organised, efficient, and confident managing their own workload, time, and priorities. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with a variety of clients, thrives on results, and enjoys working with purpose-driven brands.

  • Manage multiple client accounts and meet deliverables within agreed timelines

  • Track performance, create insightful reports, and adjust approach based on results

Reports to: Senior Paid Manager (Also works closely with one of the Directors)

Responsibilities

Paid Media Executive

  • Supporting paid social and paid search strategies for our clients, based on an excellent understanding of their objectives, budgets, audiences and messaging.

  • Client meetings. Be confident communicating campaign performance and developing relationships with clients.

  • Managing paid social campaigns, monitoring and adjusting as necessary to maximise cost-effectiveness and results

  • Managing paid search campaigns, monitoring and adjusting as necessary to maximise cost-effectiveness and results

  • Ensuring maximum efficiencies across all paid social/paid search channels, including TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads.

  • Regular data analysis, and reporting to ensure activity is optimal and aligns with marketing strategy and client’s needs.

  • Managing Google grants for charity clients

  • ​​Produce detailed and accurate client reports

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients’ accounts to identify trends or issues to raise them with the wider team

  • Suggest new and innovative paid campaign ideas that will help our clients achieve their goals

  • Contribute to internal meetings and knowledge-sharing activities as required

General contributions

  • Identify opportunities to improve client value and ways to improve efficiency 

  • Share knowledge and best practices to support team learning

  • Follow brand guidelines and internal processes

  • Occasionally support with office administration or internal coordination tasks

Decision-making Authority

Whilst you’ll be fully supported when needed, you’ll be trusted to make decisions about a lot of your day to day work.

  • Makes day-to-day decisions on planning, campaign management and delivery for assigned client accounts

  • Manages delivery of contracted outputs, including task prioritisation and deadline management

  • Acts as the main or supporting point of contact for assigned clients, managing content updates and feedback

  • Identifies and flags upsell opportunities or delivery improvements, sharing ideas with the senior team

  • Contributes to internal improvements and workflow optimisation


Performance Measures

  • Achievement of KPIs and deliverables across assigned client accounts

  • Timely delivery of campaigns and reports

  • Positive client feedback and trusted, long-term relationships

  • High quality of work requiring minimal revision or oversight

  • Demonstrated contribution to client impact through campaign performance and insight

  • Active participation in team collaboration, learning, and internal development


Is this you?

You’re a data-driven marketer with a creative streak and a strategic mindset. You don’t just press ‘boost’, you plan, test, and optimise paid media campaigns that deliver real results. Whether it’s Meta, Google, or TikTok, you know how to get the right message in front of the right audience at the right time.

You’ve got at least one or two years’ experience running paid ads, ideally in an agency or values-led environment, and you’re confident building campaigns from scratch, audience targeting, creative briefing, budget allocation, and reporting included. You’re comfortable with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets, and bonus points if you’ve dabbled with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, or Google Grants.

You’re analytical by nature, love digging into results, and can confidently spot patterns, surface insights, and make clear recommendations. You’re always on top of platform changes, and excited by new features or creative testing ideas.

You thrive in a collaborative, autonomous environment, take ownership of your work, and pride yourself on being thorough, proactive, and thoughtful. Clients and teammates alike trust your judgement, and enjoy working with you because you care.

  • Salary between £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience (we are a living wage employer)

  • 6 weeks holiday (plus one extra day for each full year you’re with us)
