Bywater is a B Corp property developer driven by the belief that the built environment should serve people and the planet. Their purpose is to create places with lasting meaning and positive impact, blending design innovation with a responsibility to future generations.

How it went down
We started with a strategy workshop to review performance to date, set clear objectives, and design a social media plan that included measurable goals, a community engagement strategy, content pillars, and channel-specific tactics.
