Bywater is a B Corp property developer driven by the belief that the built environment should serve people and the planet. Their purpose is to create places with lasting meaning and positive impact, blending design innovation with a responsibility to future generations.

How it went down

  • Shifted focus to thought leadership and behind-the-scenes storytelling, particularly on LinkedIn, positioning Bywater as a credible, values-driven voice in the property sector and strengthening audience connection by revealing the people, ideas, and purpose behind the projects.

  • Replaced logo-heavy visuals with authentic imagery, people-focused photography, and context-rich headlines, better reflecting Bywater’s mission and resonating with high-value audiences.

Community & stakeholder engagement

  • Proactively connected with investors, partners, and collaborators - increasing messages sent by +1,481% and replies received by +484% to strengthen relationships and open new opportunities for collaboration.

  • Built an investor tracking list to maintain consistent, meaningful touchpoints that nurture long-term trust.

Content innovation

  • Introduced LinkedIn carousels and Instagram Reels, resulting in a +911% increase in Instagram views, and expanding reach with more engaging formats.

  • Launched a LinkedIn newsletter, securing 1,365 subscribers in nine months and 5,711 article views, to build an owned, engaged audience for thought leadership.

Data-driven optimisation

  • Monthly reporting to identify top-performing formats and refine content plans, ensuring efforts focused on what delivered the most impact.

  • Prioritised click-through-friendly posts, leading to a +238% increase in link clicks and driving more qualified traffic to key content.
