Bigger. Bolder. B Corp, baby!
There’s a growing movement of businesses that believe in more than just profit.
They care about people. About the planet. About doing things the right way, even when it’s not the easy way.
And, as of July 2025, we’re proud to say we’re officially one of them. Drumroll please… 🥁
Social for Good is now a certified B Corporation®. 🙌
It’s less about the certification, and more about the standard we’re holding ourselves to. (Although we do LOVE that beautiful wooden plaque.)
And that standard means showing up - not just for our clients, but for our community, our team, and the world we live in.
B Corp isn’t new to us. Two of our biggest clients are certified B Corps themselves - organisations we’re proud to support because they walk the walk when it comes to using business as a force for good.
The UK is now home to over 2,400 B Corps™ and we’re proud to be one of them.”
Working with values-led brands and nonprofits has always been at the heart of what we do. So becoming a B Corp isn’t a change in direction - it’s a natural next step. After 15 years of working with the good guys, we realised it was time for us to solidify our commitment to doing good.
If you’ve been part of our journey - whether we’ve worked together, you’ve read one of our posts, or simply cheered us on from afar - thank you! You’re part of the reason we’re here.
B Corp certification is no small thing. It’s a rigorous process that required us to dig deep into every aspect of Social for Good - from governance and transparency, to the impact we have on people and the planet.
Which is exactly why it matters.
Because when businesses do better, we all benefit.
And part of our commitment to B Corp™ means building a business that reflects the world we want to see more of.
That shows up in the choices we’ve made - not just in what we do, but in how we’re structured:
🔒 We’ve locked our mission into our legal structure - so even as we grow, our purpose stays put.
🤝 We were recognised with an Impact Business Model - awarded to businesses intentionally designed to create positive impact. In our case, that means supporting purpose-driven and underserved organisations through the work we do every day.
✊ We’re proudly women-led - with majority female ownership and 3 out of 4 senior leaders being women. It’s still far too rare in our industry, but change is happening. And we’re here for it.
We became a B Corp because we believe business should be a force for good.
Especially now, when meaningful change feels more necessary than ever, we want to make sure we’re contributing to that - not just through our work, but in how we show up every day.
It’s one step in a much bigger shift toward doing business differently. And doing it better.
So what now?
Now, we keep going. Keep learning. Keep choosing purpose over performative. And hopefully, we’ll bring more people with us along the way.
If you’re curious about what being a B Corp actually means - or wondering if your organisation could be one too - drop us a message. We’re happy to share what we’ve learned (and what we’re still learning).
After all, this isn’t the finish line. It’s just the beginning of a new chapter. 💙
