Workshops
Within seven days of the workshop, we share a draft strategy with you, outlining the role of social media, objectives, audiences, and content pillars. This gives you time to review and provide feedback so we can co-create a strategy that aligns with your vision.
Depending on the package you choose, we may also schedule in up to two progress meetings to refine the strategy further, considering a range of factors including budget for paid campaigns, influencer collaboration, senior leadership’s engagement on LinkedIn, and approaches to employee ambassadorship.
The final strategy is delivered four to eight weeks after the initial meeting, depending on your chosen package.
Deliverables include a clear PDF strategy that anyone in your organisation can quickly understand and a detailed website playbook to guide strategy implementation with more depth.
Workshops are held online or in person, depending on your preference, with around four to ten participants.
During these sessions, we explore the role of social media in your organisation, define what success looks like over the next twelve months, identify any potential challenges, set objectives, map your audiences, and discuss the content your followers would enjoy, as well as the content we’d be excited to create for you.
We start with an onboarding session and a welcome form to help us to better understand your goals, resources, challenges, and what success looks like for you.
